1. Acceptance of the Offer

  1. This document is a public offer from Шен Эрик Аланович to provide access to the ExcelEng online training platform.
  2. The offer is accepted when a user registers an account, starts using the service, or pays for any paid feature available on the site.
  3. By accepting the offer, the user confirms that they have read and agreed to these terms.

2. Subject of the Service

  1. ExcelEng provides digital exam-practice materials and related online functionality, including practice tasks, full tests, saved submissions, scoring summaries, and paid account features shown in the interface.
  2. The service is provided remotely through the website and the user account interface.
  3. TOEFL® is a registered trademark of ETS. ExcelEng is an independent preparation service and is not endorsed or approved by ETS.

3. Registration and User Obligations

  1. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the registration data they provide and for preserving the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  2. The user must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform in violation of applicable law.
  3. The seller may limit or suspend access if abuse, fraud, or technical misuse is detected.

4. Prices and Payment

  1. Current prices, free allowances, bundles, and paid options are published in the website interface at the time of purchase.
  2. Payment is considered completed after confirmation by the selected payment provider and crediting of the relevant balance, bundle, or paid feature in the user account.
  3. Unless otherwise stated on the site, digital services are provided on a prepaid basis.
  4. The seller may update prices or feature packaging for future purchases at any time. Changes do not affect services that were already paid for and credited to the user account.

5. Delivery of Digital Services

  1. Access to free features is granted immediately after the user opens the relevant page or starts using the service.
  2. Access to paid features is granted after payment confirmation and is delivered through the user interface of the website.
  3. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, infrastructure failures, or third-party provider outages.

6. Refunds and Support

  2. Refund requests are reviewed individually, taking into account whether the paid digital feature was already delivered or used, and subject to applicable law.
  3. If a payment is processed but the purchased feature is not credited due to a technical issue, the seller may restore access, re-credit the balance, or issue a refund at its discretion and as required by law.

7. Liability

  1. The seller makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation at all times.
  2. The service is intended for educational and practice purposes. The seller does not guarantee any particular exam result, admission outcome, or certification result.
  3. To the extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequences caused by user-side hardware, software, network, or account-security issues.

8. Final Provisions

  1. The current version of the offer is published on this page and applies from the effective date shown above.
  2. If any provision of this offer is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
  3. Any matters not expressly covered by this offer are governed by applicable law.
